Jeff 's Journey to 2020 Olympics

Be a part of Jeff’s journey to reach his lifelong goal of getting to the 2020 Olympics!
As the Olympic Games quickly approach, Jeff is focused on securing his spot on the USA Olympic Team. The money donated on this site will help offset his expenses and allow him to focus on competing.
Most journeys to the Olympics are self-funded and this page was started to help fund the aggressive travel schedule to compete in all 6 qualifiers for the 2020 Olympics. The 6 races are between February and May and start in Australia, then to Great Britain, the Netherlands, South Carolina and finally Houston, TX.
Jeff has to pay for all airfare, accommodations and race entry fees by himself. Each race costs between $2,000 to $6,000.
Jeff got involved in BMX when his Dad, BIG Jeff, was a D.A.R.E (Drug Abuse Resistance Education) officer and had to come up with a nontraditional sport to speak to kids about. Jeff got his first BMX bike on his 7th Birthday and has been riding ever since. He even qualified for the 2016 Olympics in Rio as a 4th man alternate!
Jeff is carrying out his father’s legacy by competing globally and running a local BMX team called Driven Cycling Academy where riders of all ages have a family training atmosphere to help them reach their goals. He also helps the local BMX community as the Sports Ambassador, hosting clinics and camps both locally and globally.
Jeff chose the Treasure Valley in Boise, Idaho as his home to give back to the community. Jeff is running a factory team and a development team where he shares his expertise and serves as a role model to local youth. The goal of Driven Cycling Academy is to put Idaho on the map for BMX and help riders reach their full potential.
Jeff was named Team USA Olympic Alternate for BMX in 2016 and is now fighting his way back to the top of ranks to qualify for the 2020 games. We are asking for help to come together and help Jeff with his travel and race expenses to the World Cup events around the globe.
