This is an appeal to anyone who may know or remember my son, Jeff Visaggio, or who may want to help him at this critical time. 21 years ago he was nearly killed in an auto accident but survived with a diagnosis of traumatic brain injury.  During the last 2 years he has regressed considerably and the family is having extreme difficulty trying to help maintain his medical and financial needs.  If you would like to help him, we would be so grateful as he is a person of character and dislikes asking for help on his own.
