Jeff Thornton's Farewell to Texas

It is with a heavy heart and unbelievable sadness that I share the news that our coworker, friend, and family member Jeff Thornton has passed away.

Jeff was a true character in every sense of the word. His sharp wit, sarcastic one-liners, and ability to make us laugh at ourselves will be missed more than words can express. Jeff brought a light to everyone he knew in his own unique way and was loved by everyone. Imagining our lives without him seems impossible.

As we process this loss, I hope we take time to remember the moments we shared with him. The laughs, the stories, the times he caught us off guard with a perfectly delivered comment. Those memories are a gift, and they’ll stay with us always.

Our plan is to fly Jeff to Texas where we lay him to rest with the love of his life, Joe Sauceda. We are hoping to raise this money by the end of next week, 06-13-25.
