Those of us who know Jeff, know him as a down to earth, fun loving, very caring dad and friend. He has been a hard worker his whole life, and loves to spend  his free time hanging out with his 2 sons, close friends and family, or writing music, as he's always been a naturally gifted musician.  He is thoughtful and generous, and loves nothing more than cooking someone their favorite comfort food; and he's a great cook!

Unfortunately, Jeff, who has been working since the age of 17, had to stop working recently due to needing a mandatory surgery. He was then told that he needed to pay his insurance deductible upfront for the procedure, or no surgery. Without this surgery, Jeff's condition will worsen and he will not be able to go back to work, or live a normal life.  During the dangers of this pandemic, he has taken pride serving others as an essential worker.

Today, I am humbly asking for assistance with his medical deductible (co-pay), so he can have his surgery, heal, and be able to return to his life.  Any amount that you can donate will be so appreciated! I also realize that this is a difficult time financially  for many of us, so I thank you from the bottom of my heart!
