Jeff Santos is in Need of a New Liver

Dear Friends,

My name is Steven Palumbo and I am good Friends with Jeff Santos. Jeff was the first person I met when I entered the Island Divers Scuba Shop in Hawaii Kai when I first got to the islands 9 1/2 years ago and we immediately became great Friends. Jeff is one of the Originals at Island Divers and one of their Best salesmen and customer service representatives. Father to all the Shop Dogs and always good for more than one Great Laugh. He’s known for traveling everywhere on his Moped and believe it or not once drove a moped from Charlestown, SC to the Poconos Pennsylvania instead of shipping it home! A Great Friend and always looking at the positive side of things, always living for the moment, Jeff was recently diagnosed with stage 4 Liver Failure. I spoke with Jeff two days ago and the entire time he tried to not discuss his battle but to try and just make me laugh. Reminiscing on old stories of the island and filling me in on new ones since being back in Pennsylvania. Jeff has always taken care of himself and being the selfless individual that he is, has never asked for anything from anyone. Even during his battle with Liver Failure and all the exhausting treatments he is undergoing currently. As a result, he has not been able to work and his medical bills are piling up - Along with the daily bills for necessities. He has to wait six months before he can be put on the transplant list and is doing everything the doctors have asked of him in the interim and then some. I Love this Dude like a Brother and want him to overcome this unbearable situation and obstacle that he has been facing. I would like to Help my Friend with his Bills and expenses while he battles this Fight and I’m asking all of you to consider helping out with a donation however you can.
