Jeff Potocki’s Medical Help

Hello Everyone!

My name is Tina (Teresina) and I am Jeff’s cousin. I am starting this fundraiser to help him cover day to day costs/bills and alleviate any added stress during this time.

On August 29th, Jeff unfortunately had a stroke and was taken to the hospital. While there, he was informed of other medical issues; heart infection and faulty valve. Jeff was thankfully released on September 10th to continue treatment at home for the infection.

BUT THIS IS JUST THE BEGINNING OF THIS LONG JOURNEY!!!

Jeff will be attending many appointments to monitor and improve his health, attend speech therapy to regain his speech, and eventually will have surgery to repair/replace his heart valve.

I am asking my family and friends to please help anyway you can. These past few months have been quite rough for any individual to have to endure. But he is remaining strong and is determined to do what he needs to do to get better for his children.
