Moore Family Support: Jeff Moore Stroke

On the evening of December 1st, 2021, Jeff Moore suffered a massive stroke. Jeff is only 41 years young. He is a husband, father, friend, brother, and son. Jeff’s brain scans show many areas of dead and damaged brain tissue. The damage of this stroke is widespread and his whole family is devastated. 


Jeff will come home tomorrow, December 11, under hospice care. Jeff is adamant that he wants to be home surrounded by his loving wife, Anna; his four amazing children: Vaelyn (12), Maddox (10), Elliot (5), and Deklan (2); and be comforted by his extended family and friends. We are all heartbroken, but thankful for the hope they have and the time they have left to be together. 


If you know Jeff, you know how generous he was with his time and resources. So, now it is our turn to be generous to them. Would you consider showing your love to Anna, Jeff and the Kids as they navigate this road during the Christmas season? Anna will obviously have many challenges to navigate as she raises their four children.


Your generosity will be used to pay for Jeff's hospice care that insurance doesn't cover and then help to support Anna, and the kids for the near and distant future.
