Coach Mathews has helped MANY people, especially the kids of Vidor, TX. His players have ALWAYS been competitive & continue to believe in themselves mainly because of the love their Coach has for them. I've witnessed multiple occasions where he has gone above & beyond to help others....NEVER putting himself first. Jeff & his family were hit hard by Harvey (5'+ water in home & 3 vehicles gone), & do not have flood insurance. Please note: those of you in the same situation: PLEASE DO NOT GIVE ANYTHING BUT PRAYERS (sending the same to y'all!)! I know I'm a bit biased, but I believe Jeff is everything that is good about the human spirit. Any help would be GREATLY appreciated. Thank you ALL from the bottom of my heart....
