Hi! My name is Jennifer Weaver and I have been blessed to call Jeff Long my father for the last 34 years. My Dad is the kind of man who would give you the shirt off his own back. The kind who would go without in order to make sure you had enough. The man who tackled many in football and knows all the highways in the continental US. He may have fixed your washer or dryer in the past, or you met him somewhere random because the man has never met a stranger.

In January 2014, Jeff was diagnosed with late stages of COPD. He also went through genetic testing and found out he also has Alpha 1 which is an inherited disorder that may cause lung disease and liver disease.

My Dad needs this lifesaving procedure in order to be there for so many more years. In the picture is his grandbaby, Lydia Joy, who absolutely adores her "Pa-Pa." Jeff wants to enjoy life with her and the rest of the family. He wants to be able to go fishing without being out of breath or being able to grill without getting sicker. Help my Dad have the quality of life back that he so desperately needs with your financial support.

This money will go towards not only the procedure but also the relocation of Jeff and Joyce Long to the St. Louis area for continued care at Barnes Jewish Hospital.
