Jeff Lee Medical Assistance

Hello, my name is Linda Hyde and I, alongside Lisa Klein, are setting up this Go Fund Me for our very dear friend and brother-in-law, Jeff Lee.

On November 14, 2021, Jeff was involved in a serious accident with life threatening, critical injuries. As a result of this accident, Jeff has severe brain injuries and an extensive amount of broken bones, including a completely shattered right leg from hip to ankle. Jeff was rushed into emergency surgery to get blood flow back and a temporary stent is currently in place to provide blood flow. Doctors are desperately trying to save his right leg from amputation. Additionally, he suffers from a broken femur, broken hand, four broken ribs, a broken arm and right heel. He is experiencing severe brain bleeds, with a stent in his head to relieve pressure for drainage. He is in critical condition in ICU in a medically induced coma with a tracheotomy.

Jeff will be remaining in the hospital for many months. The doctors are hopeful in their initial prognosis that Jeff can be relocated to a rehab facility in the coming months, but they will not fully know his complete diagnosis and treatment plan until they can determine the extent of his brain injuries. Right now Jeff cannot communicate with doctors.

His wife Kim has been by his side at the hospital every day while new challenges arise. Their beautiful, devoted daughters, Brianna and Jessica have been supporting Kim while trying to emotionally get through the grief of this debilitating tragedy.

Jeff is self employed and has no disability insurance. Doctors are predicting a very long road ahead for Jeff and aren't sure due to the severity of his injuries when or if he will ever return to work.

With the future still unknown, Lisa and I hope this is a way to help. All funds will go directly to Kim to help with Jeff's extensive expenses. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
