Jeff Jacobson funeral services

my twin brother Jeff passed away yesterday and I am hoping people will donate to the group home and/or his wife Kari for his final expenses or whatever else Kari or the group home may need. Jeff loved her so much and I know he would want her to be taken care of. He was my twin and I am beyond lost, and all that knew Jeff know what a loving big teddy bear he was.
