Jeff Hardin

Hello my name is Paul Parker and I am trying to raise funds for a lifelong friend of mine. His name is Jeff Hardin. Jeff was involved in a hit and run incident outside of UofL’s stadium last week. He has serious injuries, some that will require surgery and long rehab periods. Jeff is self employed and has no health insurance and is not able to work due to the injuries
