Dear family & friends,

It is with great sadness that we are dealing with the tragic and sudden loss of Jeff Hamilton Jr after he succumbed to a heart condition.

Jeff was the type of person that would light up a room with his infectious laugh and bright smile. He could make friends anywhere he would go and enjoyed hanging out with his family and friends.

The weight of this tragedy is unimaginable especially since Jeff has a 19month old and his wife is expecting their second child in November.

All donations will alleviate any financial burden on Jeff's wife with funeral expenses, preparation of their unborn child, as well as any unknown bills that will arise. Please assist with sending him off with the funeral that he deserves.

Our hearts break for the Hamilton family as they face the task of moving forward without him.
