In Memory of Jeff Hale

Dear family, friends and colleagues,

 

As you may be aware, our friend and co-worker, Jeff Hale, was admitted to Lowell General Hospital on May 17. His doctor found three brain tumors, and he underwent emergency surgery. After a week of PT at Encompass, Jeff was sent home on May 29. Unfortunately, on June 13 and June 30, Jeff returned to the hospital with severe pain in his head. Jeff is currently undergoing treatment for lung cancer which metastasized to his brain. A donation through Go Fund Me would be greatly appreciated if you would like to assist with the financial burden. All funds raised will go directly to Jeff's medical costs and related expenses.

 

On behalf of Jeff and his family, they appreciate the outpouring of love, prayers and support shown over the past months and, undoubtedly, in the months to come.
