Jeff passed away on February 20th from a heart episode. He was supposed to go into surgery for an aortic dissection but did not make it.
This is a post from his daughter, Alexis.
"My dad was the best to say the very least ... he would always say he was my number 1 fan. And boy was he! Everything I did he supported me. He cheered me on. Anytime I had a tournament he was right there with me. He reminded me of how strong and capable I am. He was the dad every young woman needs. I swear I definitely have a tiny Jeff in my head right now making smart-aleck comments. Or maybe that's just his genes I inherited. Trust me, I will make sure to bring up all the jokes he made. All the stories he told. I adored my dad for many reasons but one for being how much he loved and supported my mom Lisa. He showed me what a loving and supportive partner looked like. For him, my mom was his moon and stars. It was very obvious anytime you talked to him. I love him very, very much. That will never, ever go away."
Jeff was a good friend to many people, and unfortunately he leaves behind two daughters. Please help us raise money to help his family take care of his girls.
