Hello; our names are Cathy Stein Lamb and Mike Pope, and we are fundraising for our good friend Jeff D'Amico and his family. In June, Jeff was diagnosed with terminal stage four colon cancer. This means that the cancer has spread to other parts of his body. He is currently receiving chemo treatments as part of a pallative care treatment plan. These chemo treatments are meant to manage his symptoms and hopefully keep the cancer from spreading further. As you can imagine, finances are piling up and causing more stress on the family.
