Jeff Carroll Memorial

Jeff Carroll was an avid diver and long running member with the St Johns County Sheriff’s Office dive team. Jeff played an important role in his community and was loved by so many. To ensure his memory lives on, an artificial reef in his name will be placed off shore St Augustine through the Eternal Reefs project. His reef will become an important permanent underwater structure for the environment for future divers to visit. Jeff’s presence will be missed but his memory will live on.
