Jeff Bowlby’s New Kidney

My name is Travis Kokaliares and I am a friend and coworker of Jeff Bowlby. Unfortunately, Jeff found out in 2021 that his kidneys were failing. He started dialysis in the summer of 2022. I see Jeff show up each morning to work with a smile on his face ready to tackle the day while I know underneath that smile he is literally sick and tired. Jeff keeps a positive attitude and I know that he always puts others before himself. Jeff is the sole breadwinner for his family while Marie takes care of the kids. 

Luckily, Jeff has a donor match for a kidney but the procedure will cause him to be out of work for approximately 3 months while he recovers. He was denied any form of short term disability because of his preexisting condition so I am starting this GoFundMe with the hopes of raising $25k to help ease the burden that has haunted, and will continue to haunt, Jeff, Marie and the Bowlby family.
