After making several trips to Mayo Clinic, Jeff had been diagnosed with a rare form of ALS, and doing stem cell replacement therapy.  Just days before Jeff’s 2nd trip for therapy, he suffered 2 mini strokes.  Jeff and his family will be incurring an enormous amount of out of pocket medical expenses.
