Hello, my name is Vicki and I have started this campaign to help a childhood friend Jeff Howard and his beautiful wife Micki Reilly Moss who are US citizens living in St Thomas and have endured back to back Category 5 Hurricanes. For anyone who has ever been through a hurricane, it is not the storm, it is the aftermath that will test of all of humanity. So many friends ask how they can help, I was one of them. Getting things there is difficult and not timely. Jeff and Micki have had lost wages, Jeff manages a car dealership and Micki works at the airport-both of which severely damaged. They are still living on generator power (requiring expensive elusive gas) and having to buy scarce items at a premium price. Island life is very different than mainland life, and we cannot imagine in these times how the difference broadens! These are two very beautiful, optimistic and inspirational people who spend their days helping others in need, but could use a little help themselves. They are ready to accept some help as they say:

Both, physically, psychologically, literally and financially.
We own many things including a 2000 Land Rover for the aftermath , but never, ever imagined back to back Category 5 storms. We are as self sustaining as some of the best, but this has really hit us hard.
