Jeff, the sweetest but injured pup

Jeff is the sweetest, most cuddly dog who loves kids, and I fell in love with him right when I met him.
He has a torn ACL and a patella luxation.
He needs surgery so that he can run and jump and do all the fun dog things again.
I am asking for help for my sister's dog because, due to a work truck being in the shop and a few unexpected dental procedures, this is just too much on their plate right now.
