Jeep Donation for Enumclaw High School auto class

Hi friends, I was connected with the Auto class teacher from Enumclaw High School through a mutual friend. They are looking to build a wheeling rig for this year's project but are in need of a better chassis to work with. I had purchased a Jeep XJ for my son-in-law to use for his volunteer Search & Rescue work but between college and his work in Air Force Reserves, he just doesn't have time. We spoke and decided this would be a PERFECT fit.
So here's what we're trying to do:
- We are looking to raise $1300 to cover purchase of the Jeep
- The balance invested will be my contribution.
- If we don't get there, I'll donate the balance.
- If we happen to go over the target, the rest will go to the class as cash or parts to help them with the build and will be matched dollar for dollar!
- If you have any parts that you think they could use, we'll collect those and take them down as well.
My buddy John over at Auburn Car Repair and Off Road is also getting involved to help make sure the class has what they need to create something they can be proud of while learning some amazing skills along the way.
