Dearest Family, Friends and Acquaintances of Jee Fong Her,

It is with the upmost heartbreak that we are informing you of the passing of our beloved son and brother, Jee Fong Her. He is survived by his parents and siblings. He was the eldest child and only 20 years young, in the prime of his life and getting ready to find his purpose in this world.

On the morning of December 5, 2023, while on his way to school in Irving, TX, Jee Fong was involved in two accidents. The initial accident left his car damaged and undrivable but no injuries to Jee Fong. He was able to call his parents and inform them of the incident and that he was ok. He then proceeded to push his car out of the way as it was blocking the road with the help of a good samaritan.

As they were pushing the car to the shoulder of the road, another car switched lanes and rammed into Jee Fong, the good Samaritan and the car. The impact killed Jee Fong instantly and seriously injured the good Samaritan. For the next few hours, we tried to get in contact with Jee Fong to see how things were going with no success. We then contacted the local police down there and that’s when we learned of the second accident and the tragic passing of Jee Fong. The full details of the second accident have not been made available to us but we are determined to find out what happened and seek any justice for Jee Fong to make sure his death wasn’t in vain.

Jee Fong was a hardworking and very caring individual, loved by many. To those who knew him, he was the epitome of what a great person should be, always willing to lend a helping hand to his fellow man or woman.
