Hello if you’re reading this Mochi is thankful.

Mochi is only 3 months old BLH kitten and was recently diagnosed with FIP (Wet Fip). Fip, also known as Feline infectious peritonitis is a deadly disease.. which means we could lose Mochi in a matter of weeks if his immune system gives up on him. Before he was diagnosed Mochi was so full of life and energetic, however he’s recently had an eye ulcer and is very lethargic and not eating well. Mochis abdominal area is full of fluid and eventually the pressure may effect his lungs and heart and suffocate or drown mochi is this isn’t treated as soon as possible. He sleeps all day and night and is very sick. My vet gave me two options for my poor Mochi, which was either to put him down or pay for private treatment with a new approved drug which is not familiar in the uk, however this treatment is not affordable for me, she quoted me up to £12,000.

I dont want to lose Mochi, I know he can survive this, he’s a strong boy! Please if anyone can donate towards mochis treatment, Mochi would be so grateful. We need to start his treatment as soon as possible for there to be a chance of survival for Mochi.
