Hello friends and family!
As most of you know, Jedikiah was diagnosed with Spastic Quadriplegia Cerebral Palsy. After doing extensive research and seeing the progress made in multiple kids' lives, we've decided to start doing “intensive therapies” (IOPs) to help his development so he can begin to reach certain milestones (standing unassisted, walking, crawling, talking, intentionally playing with toys, etc.).
Sadly, my son's insurance was switched, and it's caused some complications with therapy. He has now gone from receiving therapy 3 times a week (PT, OT, Speech, and feeding) to barely getting PT twice a month. We've decided 3 months of waiting to get into a facility has been long enough and are currently paying out of pocket for this program; however, we can't quite afford to continue doing these classes as they are very expensive.
Although I am blessed enough to be a stay-at-home mom, there is only so much I can do with him, and seeing how much he wants to participate breaks my heart. We would love to get our son the help he needs until his insurance and the facility figure out a plan. With that being said, we would love and appreciate some support to be able to cover at least 4 rounds of the intensive therapy

INTENSIVE DMI therapy:
- is a concentrated program of Dynamic Movement Intervention (DMI) therapy, a specialized physical and occupational therapy technique that uses a therapist's specific handling to challenge a child's brain and encourage automatic motor responses. DMI targets and challenges a child's neurological and sensory systems to improve gross motor movements, such as sitting, crawling, and walking.
