After arriving home from work on 11/16/2018, Jeannine was shocked to find she could not get into her apartment complex. She soon found out that the neighbor above her, his apartment had caught on fire. The fire was so large, the fire department was only able to attack the flames from the outside. After the fire was put out several hours later Jeannine found that her home had severe water and fire damage. The following day, the above apartments floor fell into hers. Making her home a complete loss. Most all of her belongings are gone.
