Jeannie is a devoted wife and mother of two. She loves art and gardening, and many people in the community know her from Hannaford in Enosburgh, Vermont where she has worked in the produce department for five years. Jeannie is a selfless person and is always ready to help others when a need arises. Her joyful spirit encourages everyone who meets her.

Recently Jeannie suffered a seizure and passed out while at work. After being rushed to the hospital and undergoing a number of tests, doctors delivered the news that a golf ball sized tumor had been discovered on her brain. This news was completely unexpected because there was no prior warning. Jeannie will be undergoing brain surgery on Wednesday, September 7th.
There will be an extended hospital stay and numerous follow up appointments in the months after the surgery. As would be expected, medical expenses will be extremely high, making finances for her family very tight. Jeannie will be out of work for an unknown amount of time. Her husband and children will be taking time off from their jobs to spend with her at the hospital and care for her when she is home. Not only will the family need help with medical bills, but also with everyday living expenses.
Jeannie is always ready to give to others, and is not someone who would typically ask for help. Because of this, her family is asking for help on her behalf. Money that is given will be used towards medical expenses, travel expenses to and from the hospital, and some living expenses during the months following Jeannie’s surgery.
Our family will be extremely thankful to you for any financial donations received.
