Jeannie was truly a gift to this world. She was the type of person who never met a stranger - and instantly made you feel like you'd known her for years when you first met. How can you describe a woman who was everything to everyone? She was kind-hearted and so selfless (the type to give you everything she had to help you out - and I mean everything), she was goofy and hilarious, she was giving and passionate. She was so loved by everyone who met her and she shone love into everyone, and ensured people felt that love from her. Her love was pure and honest and innocent and she made sure you felt it!! She was a big sister to everyone she met, and would be there for every single person she encountered. She would listen to you for hours if it meant making you feel better. She was there for the tears, the heartbreak, the happy moments, and the celebrations. She was everyone's supporter and best friend.
Jeannie selflessly dedicated her career to assisting young resident physicians as they underwent their training. She is the backbone that helped hundreds if not over a thousand physicians grow into who they are today. At work she was as giving and compassionate as she was in life - encouraging morale through organizing baby showers, potlucks, and celebrations. She mentored young Airmen and tucked them under her wings to ensure they felt supported.
Jeannie was the light - SO happy and always smiling - and it will be a much dimmer world without her. She leaves behind her soulmate and husband Jim, a beautiful daughter Jayme, two wonderful stepsons Matthew and Christian, and so much family and friends that it is incomprehensible that her life was taken so soon. Please if you can find it in your hearts to donate to this wonderful family to assist with funeral costs, it would be greatly appreciated.
