Hi, My name is Duncan Wood. Along with my wife, Caroline Taylor-Knight (and in

conjunction with the "Benefit Concert for Jeannie" to be held on October 10th at the Arana Hills Leagues Club), we wanted to start a Go Fund Me Campaign to help Greg Mackay (Jeannie's life partner of 38 years). After the challenges of Covid, to then be faced with the heartbreaking and sudden passing of his beautiful Jeannie has hit Greg very hard, emotionally and financially.

Greg and Jeannie were a special couple who spent all their lives and time living,

working and doing life and music together. So the loss of his best friend and partner in every way has been devasting. Never one to ask for help, we know that this will make Greg uncomfortable, but we also know how needed and appreciated any help would be at this very difficult time. We feel helpless to reduce his grief but feel that relieving the financial stresses on him would be something we can all do. So the goal is to raise the money needed to take Jeannie's ashes back to her family in England and to help Greg pay off some of the expenses for Jeannie's funeral.

So we wanted to reach out to you all to help our dear friend in need. If you can come to the benefit concert, tickets are available now (see link below), but if you would also like to help out here, please give what you can to help ease Greg's burden.
