Jeanette’s Recovery Fund

On July 13th our lives were forever changed when we learned our beloved mom, Jeanette, fell alone in her home and suffered a severe spinal injury. At this time doctors believe she will be paralyzed from her neck down. We hope that in her recovery process that she may be able to get some feeling and if we get a miracle, maybe some movement back. However we know there will be a lot of ongoing needs we need to address. 

Our hope is that after this first phase of 3-6 months of recovery we would be able to bring her back to her home. We know we’ll need to ensure she has 24/7 care and make a number of structural changes to her home to make this a possibility. We know she will be most happy and content if she’s able to be in her home, the Home her and our dad, Tommy, worked so hard for. 

We don’t know the exact amount of her expenses yet so we will adjust this goal as her recovery continues along. Our goal is to ensure Mom has the life she wants, needs and deserves. She is a strong, independent woman and we will do everything in our power to help her be that person no matter her physical ability.
