Jeanette Ferrales medical emergency

Hi. My name is Yvette. My mom was just diagnosed with a stage 3+ cancerous tumor that has aggressively moved from her kidney to her heart. Within a matter of 2 weeks, she's had to undergo several medical visits and is now being referred out to UC Health in Aurora, Colorado for expert care. Nothing can prepare you for the unfortunate news of a loved one. I'm reaching out to those who have been blessed by knowing her and those who may not. My mom is undeniably one of the most kindest people on this earth. She dedicated 47 years to the Las Cruces Public Schools and left footprints with many people and students.

My parents would never ask for a penny from anyone, but right now, the last thing they need to worry about is travel, hotel, and food expenses as they will be making several trips to Colorado for her surgery and follow-up care. I want my dad Miguel to feel he can be by her side knowing the medical bills will be less of a burden as she goes through this challenging time. They need to focus on her upcoming surgery, her strength & will to fight. Her surgery is very serious. Because the tumor has grown to her heart, they need to make sure it hasn't grown INTO her heart. If so, open heart surgery will be added to her already complicated kidney removal. The doctor has also told us dialysis may be needed after surgery as well. I just want to be prepared for anything that comes her way.
