Jean-Baptiste Kayigamba Funeral Fundraiser

Jean-Baptiste passed away peacefully on Sunday the 5th of February 2023 at 59 years old. He was a beloved father, husband and an extraordinary man. He embodied passion, courage, kindness, integrity, strength and love in everything he did. He touched the lives of so many around him and will be remembered in our hearts always.

He survived the 1994 Genocide Against the Tutsi in Rwanda. Moving with his family to the UK in 2003, he became an integral and beloved part of the Rwandese community in Oxford and the UK. He dedicated much of his life to educating others and combating genocide denial.

One of his last wishes was to be laid to rest in the home he loved so much. All proceeds donated will go directly to his family for funeral costs and sending him home to Rwanda.

He is survived by and will be lovingly remembered by his wife Yvonne and Children Patrick, Fabrice, Fabiolla.
