Jeana was diagnosed with a very rare form of stage 4 cancer 2 years ago. She has undergone multiple surgeries, chemotherapy and radiation. She has been fighting like a champion. Her positive outlook and strength have been an inspiration.

Jeana loves her family, friends and animals and is very giving to all. She has been a dedicated volunteer for House Rabbit Resource Network for about 16 years. She took over the very demanding and time-consuming job of Volunteer Coordinator 8 years ago.

Jeana has a cleaning business that she runs and in which she works. Unable to work, she has struggled to keep her business going the last couple of years and therefore has struggled financially. Her mortgage, utilities, car payment, medical expenses, and unexpected expenses (such as a new roof from weather damage) have been very tough to keep on top of the last couple of years.

Jeana has a very important evaluation with MD Anderson Cancer Center coming up which will cost over $2500 out of pocket.
