My first baby Zola is due at the end of November. All my mom wanted was to see my first child. Now she will be watching over us.
Growing up I thought my mother Jean Wright, was a superhero. Proud, strong, smart, beautiful mother of four boys. She always knew how to make-it-all-better, no matter what . Her kisses and homemade chicken noddle soup had magical healing powers. Jean was faster than a speeding bullet, when it came to helping with homework and making dinner.
My freshman year in high school my mother became ill and her powers started to drain. Thats when I realized Jean wasn't immortal and had a weakness, like every other superhero. Lupus attacked my mother's immune system. It would eventually destroy her kidneys and she started dialysis. Jean battled Lupus for 18 years and didnt miss a beat.
August of 2018 Jean Wright was diagnosed with gastric cancer. Jean Wright would eventually succumb to the strain of cancer in November 8th 2018.
I wouldn’t have it any other way. My mother was the best. She raised me to be an excellent man of God. Jean's spiritual faith and loving outlook on life molded me perfectly. Her strict southern ways on manners shaped me beautifully.
My moms bills and exspensese are building up on the family. My family needs all the support we can get.
when I emerge from the fog, maybe months later. I'll be stronger, and armed with a fierce determination to continue the legacy of INVINCIBLE JEAN WRIGHT!
Love you foreve Ms. Wright
