Hello, my name is John. I am from China, Maine and have been married almost 20 years to a wonderful woman and am the father of two wonderful boys.

On July 4 I collapsed at work and was rushed to Thayer Hospital in Waterville where I was given a CT scan and an MRI which revealed a 1 inch tumor in my brain.

I was sent to Portland where I'm scheduled for surgery July 9.

I do not expect to be able to work for some time, which means our income is effectively cut in half. This means our household expenses will not be enough. The longer my recovery the worse it will be, and there is a likely chance I may wind up permanently disabled.

Any help will be gratefully welcomed.
