Please consider helping a very kind and generous man whom I am privileged to call my brother-in-law, Sam Tien.  I am creating this page in hope of supporting my sister and her family and ease some of the financial burden of their unfortunate circumstances.

While traveling internationally to Italy, Sam suffered a stroke and was rushed to the hospital. They removed a blood clot from his brain and he is stable.  Currently, he has limited speech and movement on his left side.    My sister, who is also expecting their first child, is by his side to support him until he is able to be medically evacuated home.  

We are hopeful that he will be able to recover his speech and movement with some long term rehab care.  We would like to use these funds to help pay the hospital bills and med evac Sam back to California as well as paying for therapy.   Any amount that you can donate will truly help out the family and would be greatly appreciated.  All funds will be going to Sam's or as he is known by his legal name On Tien's care.
