Hi, my name is Adrian; many days on my lunch break i walk the street of Moonah and from time to time - more often than not I have seen a lady sitting outside Chemist warehouse.... she sits hunched over with a beanie out in front of her / no sign - as i've walked past - I've always looked to give what change i may have / as others do. I have often wondered but never been brave enough to ask why she is hunched over, her back is crooked and her neck slighty bent forward; it looks a struggle to walk yet she still manages to move on her way - some tall feat in itself. Today when walking by and bending over to give her the change from my wallet (unlike many days before) i was brave enough to ask if there was anything more i could do to help (should've asked way sooner but here we are) - the ladies name; i now is "Bec" - Bec made of point of saying she doesnt like to ask for anything (she just puts the Beanie there ) i said that i understand but if there's anything just let me know ok; she thought for a while and then let me know she likes a Cappuccio with 4 sugars (sweetheart) and doesn't mind a sausage roll or 2 so i went past Banjos and returned to ask - "Bec" explained to me that she has Ankylosing Spondylitis (AS) - spurred on by a spine injury from a domestic injury in the past.... she mentioned that she has people at her doorstep to help but she can't take the next step. I asked if she needs someone to help i'm willing; So i told her my name and gave her my number - "she said wow you've got the best name" - as she shows me a photo of her son she explains to me "my sons middle name is Adrian"....(now i get it) - i'm the one to help "Bec" outside her front door / out in the street. So i looked for a photo of Moonah to put on the go fund me page - see if could get something of the location she normally is. Then i went to google maps and looked up the street view.....and as i zoom in on street view - there she is ; thats "Bec". So please i ask; If you can assist in donating I will get her a medical grade - Certified Class IIa Red light therapy belt (she has medications already) and after some research i think this will assist her, any spare money left after purchasing i'd like to give to her to spend as she likes... Such that she may not have to sit in the street waiting for loose change and someone to take the first step for her. Please if you read this and pass her in the street - perhaps not mention this till we reach the goal and i can give it to her. Please feel free to help her otherwise as you wish...Thankyou for taking the time to read and i appreciate your help.
Kind regards, Adrian
