Help, Storm Swamped Vessel.

Hello, my name is Michelle and I am fundraising for Chris Wayrynen. Chris suffered a tremendous loss on October 26 when his boat the LADY -M sank during a major Nor Easter. Chris has been a part-time commercial fisherman for almost 30 years. It is extremely expensive to raise the boat from its submerged state and salvage any equipment that is recoverable.

Raising the vessel needs to be done as soon as possible to mitigate harm to the environment.

Chris had a tough year in 2019 with some serious medical issues resulting in his being hospitalized for over a month. Covid 19 put his business in a bleak spot. He's just getting back on his feet in 2021, and the loss of his boat is just another overwhelming financial stressor.

Chris is always one of the first to help others in their time need, whether it be physical or financial. The money donated will be used to raise the boat and help him on his way to replace it .
