So I injured my leg and it's terrible.  Doctors were worried about a blood clot but have ruled that out but are still trying to figure out what's wrong.  I'm being put on medical leave from work... but that means I make no money at all.  There is no way I can do my very physical job as a phlebotomist (where I do a lot to serve the local queer and trans community) while I am trying to get this wound to heal.

I've been out for almost three weeks now and don't know when I'll be able to return.  I hope soon!  But even so I'm in a really bad place with regard to rent, bills, transportation, etc.  I've tried doing some of the things I can do on the side for money, but it's not cutting it entirely and I need to ask for more help.

Rent isn't cheap and neither are meds.  I live with another trans person and we are both on edge worried about losing our apartment and really need some assistance to keep that from happening.

Money contributed to this campaign will go towards rent ($1000 yes it's really that much), towards food, bills, and towards transportation and medical costs ($500).  It's expensive to live where I am but I don't have any other options and I'm legit worried about being able to make it.  Please give whatever you can!
