25k Walk to Work

Yoshi and I will be walking to work from Potters Bar to the Royal London Hospital (Whitechapel), just over 15 miles which will take us over 5 hours. We are doing this to raise money for the British Red Cross DEC Ukraine Humanitarian Appeal. We will be completing this walk on 30th March, setting off at 3:30 am to arrive at work at 8:30.

 

Donating to the Red Cross will be used to reach people in urgent need, including:

• Providing food, first aid, clean water, shelter support, warm clothing, hygiene parcels and medicines

• Supporting hospitals and healthcare facilities

• Supporting firefighters and civil protection units

• Training people up in life-saving first aid

• Helping families stay in contact with each other
