Help Chad and Family in Their Time of Need
Donation protected
In June of 2025, our beloved father-in-law, husband, father, and grandfather, Chad, was diagnosed with Atrial Fibrillation (Afib) and Congestive Heart Failure, with his heart functioning at only 30%. He spent weeks in and out of the hospital, fighting to regain basic strength. Once an independent and hard-working self-employed truck driver, Chad is now facing a life where he may never drive again.
For over two decades, Chad made his living on the road—driving long hours, hauling freight, and supporting his family with pride. But with this diagnosis, he has lost not just his health, but also his ability to work. Walking short distances has only recently become possible, and he still has a long road to recovery ahead.
Because Chad is self-employed, he doesn’t have access to disability benefits or paid medical leave. While the state offers minimal support, it’s simply not enough to cover his monthly bills, medications, and basic living expenses. His financial responsibilities—including housing, utilities, insurance, and medical costs—are piling up quickly.
We are asking for your help to ease some of the financial pressure as he focuses on healing. Every donation—no matter the size—will help Chad cover essential costs and give him the peace of mind he needs during this incredibly difficult time.
Please consider donating, sharing this fundraiser, and keeping Chad in your thoughts and prayers. If you do not want to donate through GoFundMe, we also have Venmo, Cash App.
Thank you for your support.
