My dog needs surgery

Hello my name is Joe. My dog is in dire need of surgery due to a tumor on her belly. She went and got all the necessary stuff completed and now is just waiting to be able to have surgery as it is growing fast as each day goes by. The surgey is going to cost me an additional $1,200-$1,500 and is a very complicated surgery due to bleeders in her Mammatory Gland. I don't have the funds to get her surgery and I am asking for help as I need to get the tumor removed off her stomach. It's very uncomfortable for her and it's breaking my heart. I do not want to surrender my dog and lose her as I just want to be able to make her as comfortable as she can be. I have a ton of friends on FB and know with the help from other, my Annie will be able to get the surgery she needs. Any help would be highly appreciated. Thank you.
