Hello, my name is Emily Mendoza, and I’m creating this fundraiser for my nephew on behalf of his mother, my sister, Angela Monteros. On Tuesday, September 6, 2022, we lost our beloved 18-year-old son, brother, grandson, nephew, and cousin, Milton Velis Jr. He was on his way to work when he was involved in a car accident, he tragically passed away. We are devastated and in so much pain from our loss. Milton was genuinely loved for his kind and caring heart. He was always the first one to step up to help family and friends. He lovingly cared for his mother and siblings. In the days since his death, we have been amazed at how many lives he touched in the short time he shared with us. We know how special he was, and it warms our hearts to know others knew it as well. We are respectfully asking for assistance to be able to honor Milton and say our final farewell.
