Teagan Kelley was born with cerebral palsy and at the age of four was still unable to walk or communicate verbally. She has recently undergone two stem cell therapies which have dramatically changed her ability to walk, communicate and be an independent child. She was able to walk independently for the first time, just days after a treatment! Her loving parents have now used all their resources to continue the treatment, but at this time are unable to financially continue.
