We are sadden to share the sad news of the passing of a beloved colleague and friend Lisa Adams.
Lisa worked for ELFT for the past 8 years and was a dedicated inpatient nurse. Lisa started her nursing career later in life and brought a wealth of life experiences and skills with her.
She will always be remembered for her kind and compassionate care to her patients.
Most importantly Lisa worked her way up to be the interim manager for Crystal ward in Luton mental health service. Her compassion to support staff was unwavering.
Lisa was an exemplar making the directorate proud of her recent achievement of taking the ward through our service user lead accreditation and her active involvement in our therapeutic observation QI which she present to the trust.
Lisa will be missed by all who knew her for her dedication to service and her famous quote “leave it with me, I’ll sort it out”.
Funeral arrangements will be announced once confirmed with her family.
