Make it come true

I have no words to explain how me, and my family are feeling during this very difficult time with the passing of my beloved grandmother Carmen Torres,my grandmother was loved by many for the golden heart she had,she was like a mother to so many and always loved to see all her loved ones with a full belly lol, this is so very hard. My grandmother was something special. My grandmother always said her wish was to be with her family in PR if she should have ever passed and she did,she’s with her mom,and child,and even Jesus,she’s resting in peace.So I ask if anyone can help with making her wish come true,anything absolutely anything will be appreciated. Thank You from the bottom of our hearts.My grandmother's wings were ready but, our hearts weren't.
