This is one of the hardest things we’ve ever had to write.

Our sweet Panda is fighting for her life. She suddenly became very sick with vomiting, severe weakness, and dehydration. After rushing her to the vet, we were told she has pyometra (a life-threatening uterine infection) which requires emergency surgery immediately.

Panda is only 10 years old. She’s gentle, loving, and has been part of our family since she was a puppy. She’s Piqui’s protector, her big sister, and the calm presence that keeps everyone grounded. Seeing her like this has been heartbreaking.

The surgery she needs is estimated to cost thousands of dollars, and despite doing everything we can, we cannot cover this alone in the short time we have. Waiting is not an option — without surgery, her condition can worsen rapidly.

We are asking for help so Panda can get the care she needs as soon as possible.
