Last year I had the opportunity and privilege to represent GB in the first ever European youth Maccabi games that took place in the UK.
This summer in August , I have the amazing opportunity to participate in the JCC Maccabi Games in Pittsburgh as part of GB basketball team. The JCC Maccabi games are a highly competitive and meaningful tournament that brings together Jewish athletes from around the world. My passion for basketball started during Covid, and this event is a chance for me to take that passion to the next level while representing my country and Jewish community.
Why I’m raising funds:
Participating in the JCC Maccabi Games comes with travel, training, and equipment costs. I’m working hard to prepare and give my best, but I need a little help to make it all happen.
Why this means so much to me:
Basketball has taught me discipline, teamwork, and perseverance. Being part of this tournament not only gives me a chance to grow as an athlete but also allows me to connect with others who share similar values and experiences.
How the funds will be used:
All donations will go towards covering travel expenses, tournament fees, equipment, and any additional costs that come with preparing for this opportunity.
Every contribution, big or small, helps bring me closer to achieving this goal.
