I found lucky on the hard streets of south central Los Angeles May2nd 2023.
Lucky came into my life by way of Divine guidance May 1st 2023 at around 11 pm. It was a regular evening alone when I opened the Next Door app by chance, only to find a post by a fellow community member on a “lost dog “.
After reading through the thread, I felt stirred (inside me), and heard my deep inner voice tell me “help him”. Something that does happen often to me as I am a spiritual being, but as always I listened.
My first thought was “ me -help him - how?” I thought can’t someone else help him? I for one was not prepared and unemployed, plus I already have two rescues of my own. Yet it said, “go to sleep and look in the morning”, and if he is still there, go help this dog”, true story.
And so it is and was said by my divine voice, I was chosen to help this boy.
The Morning came and I opened the app as instructed to do by Spirit and read thru comments and nothing. NOT ONE a person got up to find him or help him so I did. The thread was back and forth garble between the community on who was grabbing him! I immediately stepped in contacted the man Javier who put up the post on ND, who immediately wrote me back with Lucky (the stray we are talking about), last seen location. I got up to get ready and realized this poor dog has been walking the streets injured and I’m getting ready? Stop and go! I left.
I wasn’t sure how I’d actually find him if at all, but Found him I did, immediately. See video.
The turn of events that came about were truly remarkable. I picked him up and was able to lift him by help from a group of men that helped me grab him. Lucky was frail, super dirty and littered with over 500 ticks, fleas & nymphs hanging off his flesh wounds and body. He was limping, skin and bones , drinking out of a dirty puddle when I spotted him in the alley and cornered him before hobbling off. I believe he was abandoned in South Central after not being young enough anymore to mate. He is fully in tact.
Since then, I have nurtured, bathed, taken him to my Veterinarian several times and care for his wounds. I have learned so much and received so much support to assist this senior Labrador to get well and healthy enough to get his medical needs started. However his medical needs were interrupted when said dog rescue that claimed him after a week with me and his other Foster I found failed him utterly.
Emily, said owner of this dog rescue, met me and I met & I allowed her to take Lucky from me., because of all the medical promises she made to me regarding all Lucky needed, and Lucky still needs.
Luckys journey barely took off before it was halted, by this unlawful dog rescue Silver Snout Society out of California (not Indiana), said owner Emily Jean Lawrence that took him. From me May 7th 2023. The evil intent maliciously began to personally attack me because I exposed her operation. Bottom line she had a HUGE Monetary operation underway and it was all with YOUR DONOR money.
Within 8 days of meeting this person mentioned Lucky lost 4.5 lbs contracted canine influenza and literally propped for his his story photos she used, taken and dumped off in a crate where he lived in out in the Yucca Valley desert with a man that loves dogs but was not equipped to medically take care of any dog much less Lucky’s medical needs. Lucky along with Brooklyn, Bella, Tito and many many other dogs, this rescue owner left / leaves these dogs there. At a basic property, not a set up kennel for being a dog boarder. It was a public place that was meant for horses not dogs, there was NOT a kennel or AC in sight for any dogs.
Furthermore, there was/ is NO facility, swimming pools or medical staff as stated. In writing a letter to the community with the tales of medical assurances and no neglect from her was meant to be destructive toward me deterring from her actual actions.
The truth is she projected everything she was doing onto me and tried to cause not only short term destruction but short term chaos and harm to me and ultimately to Lucky too.
The transactional monetary value a dog has to this Dog Rescue is countless, and this rescue owner purposely set out to run a non profit FOR PROFIT. The truth has been exposed thanks to me and Lucky’s story.
However the legal suit and the restraining order I alone fought were all severe deflection. Tactics to divert from looking at the real issues. The evasions of being served, to being gang stalked and verbally threatened to being cyber bullied by way of threats & physical harm, the worst corruption has been toward the dogs. And it’s time to stop her and the small people that help her.
Firstly, the back story on Lucky is a long arduous one and continues to have legs. Speaking of which Lucky needs his hip surgery, kidney diagnostic, full blood panel again, and a growth needs biopsy on his back plus his day to day needs being met.
I could really use your hands to help me get him there and set up my Zelle and a Venmo for Lucky. If you wish to donate of course you can here but just know GFM takes a portion of each transaction. Lastly Lucky has a o goi g Amazon wish list.
