Please help Blake

Hi my name is Beth and I have known Leah since preschool. Leah is Blake’s mom. I am helping her while she is by Blake’s side. We have made our first goal of $38,000 and able to fly Blake home on an Air Medical Plane! We are so greatful!

 Blake’s Medical expenses are growing quickly and all his handicap needs that are required in the home and out are climbing. Thank you for supporting his long journey. 

Blake was in a catistropic ski accident. He crushed both of his Fibulas and Tibias. He has made it through two surgeries. Blake ranked number 11 in his class. He was a varsity Baseball player, he graduated in 2023 with a degree in Aero Space Engineering from Texas A&M University.

 

Leah is still recovering from a cancer battle. She has taken off work for weeks to be by her son’s side without Blake’s Father who passed away just 2 years ago. Leah is a Personal Trainer and does not get paid unless she is working. We are asking for your help to cover compounding medical expenses and transportation to get Blake back to Texas from Idaho. Donations have been able to get Blake home! Additional surgeries and his journey to recovery has begun. Any contribution, big or small, will make a significant difference in easing the tremendous financial burden.

 

A little more detail:

Blake’s injuries are catastrophic. Both lower legs and feet. He has had 3 surgeries so far and a Houston Orthopedics doctor is caring for him.  He will not be able to work, walk or put any pressure on his legs for 3-6 months. His rehab journey will be close to a year. We are in urgent need of collecting these funds.

 

Please help us help Blake so that he can begin his lengthy healing process with family and friends. Leah and Blake need our support and it is all of us that will get Blake well.
